RETURN POLICY

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't working for you, here's exactly how we handle it.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If your item isn't defective but isn't working for you, wrong size, changed your mind you're eligible for store credit or an exchange toward anything in stock.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of deodorant marks, odors, stains, lint, pet hair, or any signs of wear
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

We inspect every return. If it can't go back on the shelf, we can't credit it.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns, calculated on the original item price. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you're looking to swap for a different size or color, we'll issue store credit for the returned item's value (minus restocking fee) once it's received and inspected. Use that credit toward anything available in the store. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to replacement orders.

Note: Exchanges are subject to current inventory. If your requested size or color isn't available, store credit is your best option until we restock.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If we made an error or your item arrived defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos
  • We'll replace it or issue a full refund, your call

FINAL SALE

The following are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional bundles
  • Limited drops or items marked Final Sale

100 WASH GUARANTEE

We stand behind the durability of our products. If your item fails under normal wash and wear conditions, here's how it works:

  • Claims are eligible after 100 days from purchase
  • Product must have been cared for per garment instructions
  • You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence of use
  • Approved claims receive store credit equal to the current retail price of the item

The following are not covered: pilling, color fading, rips from misuse, stretching, alterations, or damage from improper care. Pilling is a normal characteristic of cotton-blend fabrics and is not a defect.

One claim per customer per item. Non-transferable. Must be submitted within one year of purchase.
