Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders placed in the United States. 

We want to make sure you get your goods so please double check that your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information needed for delivery. That includes but not limited to address, street name, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive detailed tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. If for any reason you haven't received your package due a shipping error, feel free to reach out to our team at info@cherryhillshop.com so that we may help in locating your package.

In cases where there was an error on behalf of the information you have provided us, you will need to file a claim with USPS to locate the lost package. Buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout to insure a seamless trackable delivery.
