How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout for 2 to 3 business day delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only right now. International shipping is on the roadmap. Check back or sign up for email updates at the bottom of the page.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed to you within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@cherryhillshop.com with your order number.
Is free shipping available?
Yes. Orders over $75 ship free via standard shipping. The threshold applies automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email info@cherryhillshop.com with your order number and the item you are returning or exchanging. We respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable method. Cherry Hill is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Sizing and Fit
How do Cherry Hill pieces fit?
Our pieces are cut with an athletic, true-to-size fit. If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit. Every style is worn and tested through workouts and washes before it ships.
Where can I find measurements for each size?
Full garment measurements are on the Size Guide page. All measurements are lay-flat in inches. We list actual garment dimensions, not body measurements, so you can compare against pieces you already own.
Product Care
How should I wash Cherry Hill pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Washing inside out preserves color and reduces pilling on the outer face of the fabric.
Can I put them in the dryer?
Hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat. Heat breaks down performance fabric over time and is the primary cause of shrinkage and fit change. Air drying extends the life of the piece significantly.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We can cancel or modify orders within 2 hours of placement. Email info@cherryhillshop.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes are not possible.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Email info@cherryhillshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Wrong items and damage caused during shipping are covered at no cost to you.
